3. Use a valid UnionPay card to spend between 10,000 yen and less than 30,000 yen at Tsuruha Drug stores, present a coupon to enjoy a 3% discount (97% of the original price) plus tax exemption. If the discounted and tax-inclusive amount reaches between 10,000 yen and less than 30,000 yen, you can receive an additional instant discount of 600 yen.  

Activity Rules：

1. During the campaign period, each UnionPay card can enjoy up to 5 instant discount benefits.  

2. If the card is a dual-brand card, the discount is only applicable when payment is made through the UnionPay network.  

3. For any reason, if a refund occurs for a recharge, the user will no longer be eligible for instant discount benefits upon recharging again.
