1.     The promotion is valid from 6^th October, 2024 to 31^st January 2025, both dates inclusive (refers to "Promotion Period"). The promotion is available on a first-come first-served basis, while stocks last.

2.     The offers are applicable to transactions made using eligible UnionPay cards add to UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay etc., hereafter as “UnionPay Mobile QuickPass”) and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment, hereafter as “UnionPay QR Code”), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.

3.     During the Promotion Period, paying with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass and UnionPay QR code at 7-Eleven Hong Kong to enjoy below offers,

a.     Offer 1:  Enjoy HK$10 instant discount upon HK$40 net spending in a single transaction by paying with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, etc.);

b.     Offer 2:  Enjoy HK$5 instant discount upon HK$40 net spending in a single transaction by paying with UnionPay QR code

4.     Each qualified UnionPay card can enjoy Offer 1 or Offer 2 once daily, and Offer 1 or Offer 2 up to 5 times in total during the promotion period; All offers are available on a first-come first-served basis, while stocks last.

5.     The promotion is applicable to all 7-Eleven stores in Hong Kong.

6.     The promotion is not applicable to purchase of cigarettes, milk powder, cash vouchers, online game e-vouchers, mobile pre-paid SIM/Wi-Fi cards/recharge e-vouchers, online game cards, Octopus products, gift cards, prepaid cards, products of vending machines, redemption items, admission and bus tickets, stamps, environmental levy on plastic shopping bags, delivery services charge and other services (including but not limited to prepayment, bill payment, remittance, donation, any reloading or top up services (including but not limited to Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Tap&Go, TNG Wallet and store valued cards or devices), printout, fax, photocopy, battery recharge, battery rental, courier/pick up services, pre-order, photofinishing), unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, other unauthorized transactions and fraudulent and abusive transactions ("Ineligible Transactions"). 

7.     If a transaction is refunded or returned, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder (i.e. excluding the instant discount amount) will be refunded.

8.     UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") is neither the vendor nor service provider, thus it shall not take any responsibility for the products or services provided by the merchant.

9.     UnionPay International and 7-Eleven reserve the right to amend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the termination.

10.   In case of dispute, the decision of 7-Eleven shall be final.

11.   UnionPay International and 7-Eleven reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Exception Clause:

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
3. Merchants and/or offer may be affected by COVID-19. Details shall be subject to the announcement of the merchant.
