Terms and Conditions

This promotion runs from 1st December 2023 until 7th January 2024 or the quota is fully utilized, whichever is earlier, based on transaction date (the “Promotion Period”).
This Promotion is only applicable to designated physical stores of Wellcome, Market Place, Market Place by Jasons, 3hreesixty and Oliver's The Delicatessen in Hong Kong (the “Stores”).
The Promotion is only applicable to UnionPay Credit Card and Debit Card with card number starting with 62 (refers to “UnionPay Card”), UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apple Pay and Huawei Pay etc ) (refers to “UnionPay Mobile QuickPass”) and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment) (refers to “UnionPay QR Code”), except the RMB UnionPay cards issued by specific Hong Kong issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
During the Promotion Period, enjoy a HK$30 instant discount on every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday in Hong Kong upon a single net payment at the Stores via qualified UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass and UnionPay QR Code with net amount of HK$300 or above, except for those non-applicable items as set out in Clauses 9 and 10 hereof (the “Promotion”).
This Promotion is not applicable at the self-checkout counter of the Stores.
Quota of this Promotion applies and on a first come-first served basis while stock lasts. Each qualified card is entitled to enjoy the offer once daily at each store.
To enjoy this Promotion, customers must indicate UnionPay as the payment method and present the qualified UnionPay Card or UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code that has been added with virtual UnionPay Card to cashier staff of the Stores before payment. And customers must pay by UnionPay Card or UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code in full to enjoy this Promotion.
A Qualifying Transaction refers to the final amount payable when making the purchase with qualified UnionPay Card, UnionPay QR Code or UnionPay Mobile QuickPass. The amount of delivery charges (if any), use of gift / cash voucher and other selected discount privilege will not be taken into account when calculating Qualifying Transaction.
This Promotion is not applicable to transactions including charges on plastic shopping bags, any delivery charges, any transaction of prepaid cards and stored value cards, any reloads, top up, recharging or value-added services, orders made by phone, fax, email / online, all other transactions without sales slips, any split transactions and any unauthorized transactions are not eligible for the Promotion. Any unposted / cancelled / refunded / falsified transactions are also excluded. Instant discount will be cancelled or returned along with any cancelled or reversed transactions.
This Promotion is also not applicable to the purchases of gift / cash vouchers, any festival / festive food related coupons, baby diaper coupons, any mobile / data prepaid and SIM cards, selected hampers, pre-order items, all infant milk powder (stage 1), baby diapers, bird’s nest and chicken essence items, and any redemption merchandise for any stamp collection programs or promotions.
This Promotion will be provided by the Stores at the time when the Qualifying Transaction is being made. This Promotion cannot be accumulated or saved for future use.
This Promotion cannot be exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
To qualify for free delivery services, the net amount of the Qualifying Transaction must be at or above the minimum criteria of enjoying free delivery services after the instant discount entitlement is deducted from the total amount payable for the Qualifying Transaction.

Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, promotional discount coupons or store-wide discount offers on specific days.
No claims can be made against The Dairy Farm Company, Limited and UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") in relation to any failure in the communication networks, mobile applications, mobile devices or any interruption, interception, suspension, delay, blackout, loss, unavailability, mutilation, incorrect data transmission, temporary suspension, delay or failure of any UnionPay payment transaction arising from POS terminal including related program software, any POS equipment, bank card, electronic payment system, banking system, telephone line and broadband.
UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchants.
In case of any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Promotion, the decision of The Dairy Farm Company, Limited shall be final.
No person other than The Dairy Farm Company, Limited and UnionPay International will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance of Hong Kong to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
The Dairy Farm Company, Limited and UnionPay International reserve the right to suspend and / or terminate granting any offer under this Promotion, and /or vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Dairy Farm Company, Limited and UnionPay International accept no liability for such change or suspension / termination.
If the cardholder commits any fraud or abuses the Promotion, UnionPay International reserves the right to disqualify the cardholder from enjoying the Promotion and reserves the right to take legal action.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of The People’s Republic of China.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
