Terms & Conditions of Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher:

This e-Voucher can only be used for spending at the participating merchants at Times Square and valid for 14 days from the issue date. Expired and unused e-Voucher will neither be extended nor re-issued.
ONE Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher can be used upon spending of HK$100 or above at the participating merchant at Times Square. A maximum of THREE Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher can be used in each transaction.
Each transaction can only use e-vouchers under the same member's account.
This e-Voucher CANNOT be used in conjunction with other coupons/ vouchers issued by Times Square, except for the “HK$100 UnionPay x Times Square e-Voucher”.
This e-Voucher is valid for dine-in only.
Each e-Voucher can be redeemed once only.
This e-Voucher must be presented before payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
This e-Voucher cannot be used to purchase any gift card or voucher.
This e-Voucher is not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and is non-returnable. Times Square Limited reserves the right to collect or cancel the e-Voucher used for sale.
All transactions with the use of e-Voucher are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets; and can just exchange to other items according to the corresponding policies of each participating outlet (if applicable).
Times Square Limited reserves the right to change the terms & conditions and the list of participating outlets in relation to the use of this e-Voucher without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be the final.

Terms & Conditions of HK$100 UnionPay x Times Square e-Voucher:

This e-Voucher can only be used for spending at the participating merchants at Times Square and valid for 14 days from the issue date. Expired and unused e-Voucher will neither be extended nor re-issued.
ONE HK$100 UnionPay x Times Square e-Voucher can be used upon spending of HK$100 or above at the participating merchant at Times Square. A maximum of THREE HK$100 UnionPay x Times Square e-Voucher can be used in each transaction. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of e-Voucher must be settled by UnionPay Card via UnionPay network and CANNOT be paid with gift cards, vouchers, or coupons.
Each transaction can only use e-vouchers under the same member's account.
This e-Voucher CANNOT be used in conjunction with other coupons/ vouchers issued by Times Square, except for the “Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher (TSFD2501)” and “Times Square Festive HK$100 e-Voucher (TSFW2411)”.
This e-Voucher is valid for dine-in only.
Each e-Voucher can be redeemed once only.
This e-Voucher must be presented before payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
This e-Voucher cannot be used to purchase any gift card, voucher, pure gold grain or pure gold bar.
This e-Voucher is not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and is non-returnable. Times Square Limited reserves the right to collect or cancel the e-Voucher used for sale.
All transactions with the use of e-Voucher are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets; and can just exchange to other items according to the corresponding policies of each participating outlet (if applicable).

Terms & Conditions of “Lunar New Year Spending Rewards at Times Square with UnionPay”:

Promotion period is from 2 January to 2 February 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Sales transaction and reward redemption must fall on the same day.
Customers are required to register as Team Times member (“Member”) in Hong Kong Times Square App to join this promotion and enjoy the rewards. Each customer can register as Member ONCE only. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Member to present their proof of identity for verification.
Each member is eligible to redeem each Reward in “Basic Reward” and “UnionPay Top-up Reward” for a maximum of two times respectively during the entire promotion period. Each eligible original receipt will entitle one redemption of reward 1 or reward 2 or reward 3 only. Each eligible transaction and same-day transaction from the same outlet can only be used for redemption once. Daily quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last. Members can enquire about the status of reward distribution at redemption counter.
To redeem “Basic Reward” and “UnionPay Top-up Reward” at the same time, all eligible transaction must be settled with the same Union Pay Card of the same Team Times Member, no split transaction is accepted.

Member is entitled to redeem the followings upon eligible same-day spending at merchants in Times Square during Promotion Period:

1)	1 piece of Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher upon spending of HK$2,000 – HK$9,999.9 (a maximum 3 sales slips from different outlets).
2)	2 pieces of Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher upon spending of HK$10,000 – HK$29,999.9 (a maximum 3 sales slips from different outlets). UnionPay user paying with eligible UnionPay Card is entitled to redeem an additional 2 pieces of HK$100 UnionPay x Times Square e-Voucher.
3)	5 pieces of Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher upon spending of HK$30,000 or above (a maximum 3 sales slips from different outlets). UnionPay user paying with eligible UnionPay Card is entitled to redeem an additional 5 pieces of HK$100 UnionPay x Times Square e-Voucher.

“Enjoy up to HK$1,600 Dining e-Vouchers” is calculated based on spending HK$2,000 – HK$9,999.9 at merchants in Times Square for 2 times redemption of 1 piece of Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher (total value HK$200), spending of HK$10,000 – HK$29,999.9 at merchants in Times Square for 2 times redemption of 2 pieces of Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher (total value HK$400), spending of HK$30,000 or above at merchants in Times Square for 2 times redemption of 5 pieces of Times Square Festive HK$100 Dining e-Voucher (total value HK$1,000) during the Promotion Period.
“Enjoy up to HK$1,400 e-Vouchers” is calculated based on eligible spending of HK$10,000 – HK$29,999.9 with UnionPay Card at merchants in Times Square for 2 times redemption of 2 pieces of HK$100 UnionPay x Times Square e-Voucher (total value HK$400), eligible spending of HK$30,000 or above with UnionPay Card at merchants in Times Square for 2 times redemption of 5 pieces of HK$100 UnionPay x Times Square e-Voucher (total value HK$1,000) during the Promotion Period.
Members must redeem the gift in person. Redemption by sales staff of Times Square merchants and other persons on behalf of Members will not be accepted.

Designated electronic payment methods refer to:

•

“Basic Reward”: Only include EPS, Credit Card, Octopus, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Tap & Go, BoC Pay, PayMe by HSBC and UnionPay App.

•

“UnionPay Top-up Reward” : UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards (refers to “UnionPay Card”), UnionPay Prepaid Cards, except for the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The Promotion is not applicable to Times Square Prepaid Gift Card. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network including physical UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including but not limited to Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) and UnionPay QR Code. Other modes of payment, including cash, Octopus, EPS, Credit Card +FUN Dollars and Merchants Dollars, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and gift cards/ coupons are not accepted.

To join the promotion, Members are required to login Hong Kong Times Square App onsite and present their own physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ Octopus Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipt(s) from Times Square's merchant(s) and electronic payment slip(s) (can accumulate a maximum of two receipts from different merchants by the same Member). Members are required to login the App and show the transaction(s) for mobile payment (screen cap is not accepted). Cash, Gift Card/Voucher of Times Square & any merchants, and other payment methods are NOT accepted.
To redeem “UnionPay Top-up Reward”, UnionPay user is required to login Hong Kong Times Square App onsite and present the original copies of valid sales slip(s), machine-printed merchant sales invoice(s), together with the UnionPay Card bearing the same card number on sales slip in person at redemption counter located on 5/F from 12 nn to 10pm. For transactions with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, UnionPay user is required to login onsite and present the eligible virtual UnionPay Card on mobile device or watch, original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoice and valid sales slip. For transactions with UnionPay QR Code, UnionPay user is required to login onsite and present the transaction details in app on mobile device, original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoice and valid sales slip. Screenshots of mobile device or watch is not accepted. The original copy of sales slip should indicate the UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of Cardholders (if applicable) clearly. If UnionPay user cannot present the valid original copies of sales invoices, sales slips and/or UnionPay Card with consistent information including UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount etc, or the information provided by UnionPay user is insufficient, UnionPay user will not be able to redeem rewards for whatever reason.
Eligible amount is calculated in terms of each set of UnionPay Card number and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discount, privileged coupons or cash coupons). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately.

In respect of the Promotion, the following types of transactions or receipts are NOT applicable for that calculation of Eligible Spending:

a.	Online or out of store payment/ transfer, value-adding receipts, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and membership fee payment;
b.	Spending with tenants' cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards;
c.	Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment (including but not limited to gold club / jewellery club and fitness club), medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, telecommunications services, bill payment services, car parking fees, car wash services, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at F&B outlets;
d.	Reloads of e-wallet or Octopus automatic add-value services;
e.	Receipts for deposit payments for F&B or any merchandise;
f.	Duplicate receipts, photocopied receipts, splitting of receipts and handwritten receipts;
g.	Receipts from SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), Sulwhasoo (Suite 1501-3 Tower 1), PICOLABB WELLNESS & REJUVENATION (Suite 1504b Tower 1), Polyvision's (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1), Bipo (Suite 1702A Tower 1), as well as receipts from Pop-up and Bazaar, are not eligible for the related promotions.

All original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff members at the redemption counter after redemption. Cardholders cannot request for refund from merchants with the stamped sales invoices. Balance of the transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotions.
The first 6 and last 4 digits of UnionPay Card card number and information on cardholders' machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips will be collected for internal audit upon redemption of “UnionPay Top-up Reward” . The information collected will be destroyed 2 months after the Promotion. Redemption by merchant staff or third party is not accepted. Staff members reserve the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.
Rewards cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded, redeemed for cash nor other gifts and no change will be provided under any conditions once they are issued. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) and Times Square reserve the right to retrieve or cancel the transferred rewards.
In case of fraud or abuse, UnionPay International and Times Square reserve the right to disqualify the cardholders immediately and retain the right for legal action. For any disqualified redemption/cardholder, UnionPay International and Times Square reserve the right to retrieve the rewards.
UnionPay International Company Limited and Times Square are neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International and Times Square shall not take any responsibility to the products or services provided by the merchants.
UnionPay International and Times Square reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
In case of disputes, the decision of Times Square shall be final.
UnionPay International and Times Square reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
