General Terms and Conditions:

• Unless specified, the UnionPay Enjoys Exclusive Triple Privileges at SOGO Department Store is valid from 1 September to 23 October 2023 for the SOGO Causeway Bay store, both dates inclusive (refers to "Promotion Period").
• The Promotion applies to UnionPay Credit Card and ATM Card with card numbers starting with 62 (refers to "UnionPay Card"), UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, Samsung Pay, Mi Pay, OPPO Pay, vivo Pay, Flyme Pay and HCE)(refers to "UnionPay Mobile QuickPass")and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment) (refers to "UnionPay QR Code"), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
• Hong Kong cardholders can use Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, and HCE for UnionPay Mobile QuickPass ; Macau cardholders can use Apple Pay and Huawei Pay for UnionPay Mobile QuickPass ; Cardholders in Mainland China can use Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, Samsung Pay, Mi Pay, OPPO Pay, vivo Pay, Flyme Pay, and HCE for UnionPay Mobile QuickPass.
• UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") is neither vendor nor service provider, thus UnionPay International shall not take any responsibility for the products or services provided by the merchants.
• Under the scope of applicable laws, UnionPay International and SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited (refers to "SOGO") reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations. If changes are made to the Promotion, the details shown on in-store promotional materials shall prevail.
• In case of dispute, the decision of SOGO shall be final.
• UnionPay International and SOGO reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English versions. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Terms and Conditions for "Privilege 1: Spend with UnionPay to enjoy up to HK$700 SOGO Gift Certificate(s) Daily " (refers to "Privilege 1")

• Privilege 1 is applicable on 1 September to 23 October 2023. Cardholders are eligible to redeem the following offers by spending at the physical store within the promotion period: Offer 1 - Spending with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR code to get HK$50 SOGO Gift Certificate upon single net spending of HK$1,500 or above; Offer 2 - Spending with physical UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR code (a maximum of 2 sales memos in same spending day with the same UnionPay Card) to get HK$200 SOGO Gift Certificates upon accumulated net spending of HK$5,000 or above; Offer 3 - Spending with physical UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR code (a maximum of 2 sales memos in same spending day with the same UnionPay Card) to get HK$450 SOGO Gift Certificates upon accumulated net spending of HK$10,000 or above. Transactions of Offer 2 & 3 must be made by the same payment method with the same UnionPay card. Cardholders must redeem SOGO Gift Certificate (refers to "Gift Certificate") in person at the redemption counter on Redemption Days within the promotion period in business hours.
• Split transactions will not be accepted. Each or set of sales memo(s) is / are entitled to redeem the above offer once only; Qualified sales memos and valid machine-printed merchant sales invoices of each UnionPay Card in each spending day is entitled to redeem offer 1 to 3 once. Each card can receive the offer on a maximum of 5 different spending days during the promotion period, i.e. maximum HK$700 SOGO Gift Certificates can be redeemed in each Spending Day within Promotion Period. Gift Certificates are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. Qualified merchants include all merchants at SOGO Causeway Bay store.
• Cardholders must redeem Gift Certificate(s) in person at SOGO CLUB 15/F of SOGO Causeway Bay Store on the Redemption Days during the Promotion Period: 2-3 September, 9-10 September, 16-17 September, 23-24 September,30 September, 1 October, 7-8 October, 14-15 October, 21-22 October 2023; 2 and 23 October 2023 (Public Holidays) within the business hours. No authorization to redeem Gift Certificate(s) by any third party is allowed. Late redemption will not be allowed.
• Cardholders must present the original copies of sales memos and valid machine-printed merchant sales invoices of transaction within Promotion Period, UnionPay App or other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment transaction details at mobile device, eligible UnionPay Card binding at mobile device or watch or corresponding UnionPay Card for verification by staff members to redeem the Gift Certificate(s). If Cardholders cannot present the valid sales memos, sales invoices and/or UnionPay Card with consistent information including UnionPay Card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount etc, or the information provided by Cardholders is insufficient, Cardholders will not be able to redeem Gift Certificate for whatever reason.
• The Promotion will only accept original copies of sales memos and valid machine-printed merchant sales invoices. The original copy of sales memos should indicate the UnionPay Card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of Cardholders (if applicable) clearly. Sales invoice from merchants should state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and sales items clearly. The transaction amount in both sales memos and sales invoice must be equivalent. Merchant invoices, receipts or sales memos from the transactions of purchase of infant milk powder (stage 1) and SOGO Gift Certificate will not be accepted for the Promotion. Transaction from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple sales invoices or sales memos to participate in the Promotion.
• Eligible amount is calculated based on individual UnionPay Card numbers and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of applicable discounts, privileged coupons or cash coupons). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately. Merchant invoices, receipts or sales memos from the transactions of purchase of infant milk powder (stage 1) and SOGO Gift Certificate will not be accepted for the Promotion. Transactions from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple sales invoices or sales memos to participate in the Promotion.
• Cancelled, refunded, forgery and unsettled transactions are not eligible for Gift Certificate(s) redemption. If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligible amount is the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amount of the transaction.
• All original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff members at the redemption counters after redemption. Cardholders cannot request for refund from merchants with the stamped sales invoices. Balance of the transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotions. In case of refund, Cardholders are required return all redeemed Gift Certificate(s) at redemption counter before refund processing procedure at relevant merchants.
• The first 6 and last 4 digits of UnionPay Card number, Cardholder's name and information on merchant sales invoices and sales memos will be collected for internal audit at redemption.
• Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of Gift Certificate must be settled via UnionPay network.
• Individual terms and conditions apply on Gift Certificate. Please refer to Gift Certificate for details.
• Gift Certificate will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage. Copied or damaged Gift Certificate will not be accepted. Gift Certificate cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash under any conditions once issued.
• Gift Certificate is offered on a first-come-first-served basis with limited daily quota and only available while stock lasts.
• In case of fraud or abuse, UnionPay International and SOGO reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholders immediately and retain the right for legal action. For any disqualified redemption or cardholder, UnionPay International and SOGO reserve the right to retrieve the Gift Certificate.

Terms and Conditions for" Privilege 2: Enjoy Exclusive merchant offers from selected household appliances and travel products" (refers to "Privilege 2")

• Privilege 2 is applicable on 1 September to 23 October 2023. Please refer to the in-store promotion materials or contact the sales representatives of the respective brands for more details.

Terms and Conditions for" Privilege 3: Wonderland at SOGO Beauty - Purchase Alice B designed cosmetic pouch at special price HK$10 upon a designated spending amount at selected merchants" (refers to "Privilege 3")

• Privilege 3 is applicable on 8 September to 21 September 2023.
• Privilege 3 is applicable to UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment); cardholders spending at selected merchants upon designated amount are able to redeem an Alice B designed cosmetic pouch at special price HK $10.
• Each or set of sales memo(s)/ each card / each cardholder is entitled to redeem the gift once only. Only UnionPay and cash transactions are acceptable.
• SOGO Rewards Points are not available for gift purchases.
• The gift redemption counter is located on B1/F at the new wing, SOGO Causeway Bay store.
