Terms and Conditions

From 6^th April 2023, UnionPay users are entitled to redeem LANDMARK HONG KONG Gift Card with a monetary value of HK$800 ("Rewards") at LANDMARK with UnionPay upon meeting the following requirements. The promotion will continue until 30th April 2023 or while Rewards last (whichever is earlier) ("Promotion Period", both dates inclusive and are based on the transaction date).
Unless otherwise specified, this promotion is applicable to the below means of payment:
Physical cards of UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with card number starting with 62 or transaction made by UnionPay network including UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including but not limited to transactions made by Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) and UnionPay QR Code (if applicable) ("Eligible Mobile Payment") but excluding the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions and all UnionPay Prepaid Cards ("Eligible UnionPay Card").
To be eligible for the Rewards, the UnionPay user must:
(a) be a LANDMARK BESPOKE member (joined and approved on, before or after the commencement of the Promotion Period); and
(b) on the same day, present original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoice(s) and valid sales slip(s) (and in any event no more than 3 each), evidencing that the UnionPay user has spent HK$48,000 or more, for payment in full via Eligible Payment at merchants (refer to clause 7) to the concierge at 1/F LANDMARK CHATER Concierge between 10:00am to 7:30pm. If the UnionPay user used:
(i) Eligible UnionPay Card, then the user is required to login the membership website/ Mobile Payment Application onsite and present the valid e-Pass, original copies of valid sales slip(s), machine-printed merchant sales invoice(s), together with the UnionPay Card bearing the same card number on the receipt(s);
(ii) Mobile QuickPass, then the user is required to login during redemption and present the eligible virtual UnionPay Card on mobile device or watch; and
(iii) UnionPay QR Code, then the user is required to login during redemption and present the transaction details in the mobile application used to conduct the payment on their mobile device.
For this purpose, screenshots of mobile device or watch will not accepted.
The total amount spent is calculated in terms of each set of UnionPay Card number and will only include the actual amount spent (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discounts, privileged coupons, or cash coupons, as applicable). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same UnionPay user will be calculated separately and will be treated as separate transactions.
The name printed on valid sales slip(s) and the corresponding machine-printed merchant sales invoice(s) must fully match the name of the LANDMARK BESPOKE member. Staff members reserve the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.
Self-uploaded invoice(s) to the LANDMARK HONG KONG App will NOT be eligible for the Rewards. Sales personnel are NOT allowed to redeem any Reward on behalf of the customers.
In order to be eligible for this promotion, UnionPay users must make purchases or spend at any of the following retail outlets subject to minimum spending of HK$100 in each receipt in LANDMARK ATRIUM, LANDMARK PRINCE'S, LANDMARK ALEXANDRA, LANDMARK CHATER, Exchange Square, Jardine House, The Landmark Mandarin Oriental (a. Accommodations: Hotel room stays (maximum length of stays for Reward Points is 7 days) on direct bookings at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, including room rates, dining, spa and any other services during the stay, excluding booking under via third party websites or agents that did not book via the hotel official website ("Online Travel Agents"), negotiated rates include but not limited to corporate rates and group rates; b. Dining at the following restaurants within the Hotel: Amber, SOMM, MO Bar, Please Don't Tell Bar, Sushi Shikon, Kappo Rin; c. The Oriental Spa, including all spa treatment and membership, product and other services or Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong (a. Accommodations: Hotel room stay (maximum length of stays for Reward Points is 7 days) on direct bookings at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, including room rates, dining, spa and any other services during the stay and designated promotional offer, excluding booking under Online Travel Agents, negotiated rates includes but not limited to corporate rates and group rates; b. Dining at the following restaurants within the Hotel: Captain's Bar, Man Wah, The Aubrey, Mandarin Grill + Bar, The Krug Room, Clipper Lounge, Café Causette and The Chinnery; c. Purchase at the following shops within the Hotel, including all treatments, product and other services, excluding memberships: The Mandarin Spa, The Mandarin Salon, The Mandarin Barber, The Mandarin Flower Shop) during the Promotion Period.
Machine-printed merchant sales invoice(s) and valid sales slip(s) can be used once only for this Promotion. The amount shown must have an expenditure of more than HK$100. Only final sales invoice(s) and corresponding machine-printed merchant sales invoice(s) issued on or after 6 April 2023 and during the Promotion Period will be accepted.
A UnionPay user would be entitled to redeem Reward once during the Promotion Period. The Reward is non–transferable, non–refundable and non–redeemable for cash, credit or other benefits or offers.
The LANDMARK HONG KONG Gift Card for redemption during the entire Promotion Period are on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. UnionPay user is suggested to check the redemption status with redemption counter.
All original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff members at the redemption counter after redemption. UnionPay users cannot request for refund from merchants with the stamped sales invoices.
The first 4 and last 4 digits of UnionPay Card card number, invoice spending date, spending outlet and spending amount information from users' machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips will be collected for internal audit upon redemption.
Unless otherwise specified, the LANDMARK BESPOKE member may accrue BESPOKE points from spent via, other than BOC Pay and Octopus App, Eligible Mobile Payment and further use the machine-printed merchant sales invoice(s) and valid sales slip(s) in conjunction with other promotion offers whether it is with a different credit card or other payment means at the LANDMARK portfolio.
Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited shall not be responsible to customers or any other party for any loss, damage, claim or cost whatever and howsoever arising in respect of the redemption or using of any of the Reward. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") and Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited reserve the right to retrieve or cancel the transferred gifts.
UnionPay user should refer to the Gift Card for the applicable terms and conditions. They will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage.
In case of fraud or abuse, UnionPay International and Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited reserve the right to disqualify the UnionPay users immediately and retain the right for legal action. For any disqualified redemption/UnionPay user, UnionPay International and Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited reserve the right to retrieve the Rewards.
UnionPay International and/or Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited are neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International and/or Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited shall not take any responsibility to the products or services provided by the merchants. Any enquiries or disputes relating to the goods and the services should be directed to the merchant. UnionPay International and/or Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited gives no representation or guarantee as to the goods and services provided by the merchant (including but not limited to the quality and quantity of goods), and does not accept any liability arising in conjunction with the goods and services provided by the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the goods and services.
All questions or disputes shall be resolved by UnionPay International and Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited in its absolute discretion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of UnionPay International and Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited shall be final. UnionPay International and Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
UnionPay International and Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited reserves all rights to suspend, cancel, amend or terminate the Rewards or these terms and conditions at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice. No compensation whatsoever is payable to any member in respect of such suspension, cancelation, amendments, or termination.

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
LANDMARK Hongkong App can be downloaded from official application stores. By using the LANDMARK Hongkong App, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy posted on the LANDMARK Hongkong App which may be updated from time to time.
Mobile Payment Applications are the third parties' mobile applications. Mobile Payment Applications are subject to such service providers' terms and conditions. LANDMARK BESPOKE is not the service provider of Mobile Payment Applications. If customers have any enquiry or complaint about the Mobile Payment Applications, please directly contact the service providers. LANDMARK BESPOKE gives no guarantee to the Mobile Payment Applications of the service providers, and does not accept any liability arising in conjunction with the use of the Mobile Payment Applications or the services provided by the service providers.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
