General Terms and Conditions:

Unless specified, the Privileges for UnionPay cardholders: Add-on Benefits to Hong Kong Disneyland's Magic Access Limited Time Offer and other shopping Privileges ("Promotion") are valid from 2 September to 18 December 2024, both dates inclusive (refers to "Promotion Period").

In order to enjoy the Privileges, UnionPay cardholders must make payments by below payment methods and the full amount of the transaction must be settled successfully via the UnionPay network:

(i)	UnionPay Credit Cards and ATM Cards with UnionPay logo except RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions ("Qualified UnionPay Card"),
(ii)	Qualified UnionPay Card linked to UnionPay Mobile QuickPass ( "UnionPay Mobile QuickPass")
(iii)	Qualified UnionPay Card linked to UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment) ("UnionPay QR Code"),

Privileges are subject to a limited quota, and are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

During the Promotion Period, each Qualified UnionPay Card may enjoy:

(i)	Privilege 1: up to a total of 3 times; The minimum number of quota is 335;
(ii)	Privilege 2: up to a total of 10 times; The minimum number of quota is 2,010.

The Privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers/discounts. The Privileges carry no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or other products and services.
The spending amount is calculated based on the actual spending amount.
Cancelled, refunded, forgery and unsettled transactions are not eligible for the Privileges.
Transaction cannot be split into multiple transactions to participate in the Promotion. Each qualified transaction may only enjoy the offer once.
Any fraud and abuse of the Privileges by any person will result in the disqualification of the person's eligibility to the Privileges. UnionPay International Company Limited ("UnionPay International") reserves the right to disqualify any person's redemption rights in respect of the Privileges and reserves the right to take legal action.
UnionPay International is neither a vendor nor service provider of the products or services provided by the merchants, thus UnionPay International shall not take any responsibility for such products or services.
Under the scope of applicable laws, UnionPay International reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions, or terminate the Privileges at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or terminations.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Terms and Conditions of Privilege 1: Add-on Benefits to Hong Kong Disneyland's Magic Access Limited Time Offer

UnionPay cardholders who successfully purchased three (3) or more Magic Access Membership Cards via the Hong Kong Disneyland's Magic Access Limited Time Offer on www.hongkongdisneyland.com ("Website") and successfully settled the full payment amount by a UnionPay card (whether in physical, digital or electronic format, including QR Code via the UnionPay official mobile application), shall have a chance to enjoy Privilege 1.

Based on the Magic Access tier and type purchased on the Website, the qualified UnionPay cardholder may receive one of the Add-on Benefit in accordance with the table below, subject to related terms and conditions:

Privilege 1 is subject to a limited quota and is offered on a first-come first-served basis.

Terms and Conditions of Privilege 2: Shopping Privileges at Hong Kong Disneyland

UnionPay cardholders who spend HK$600 or above in a single transaction at any designated shops at Hong Kong Disneyland, shall have a chance to receive a designated merchandise gift.
Privilege 2 is applicable to Emporium, Marty's General Store, Main Street Cinema - My Journey with Duffy, Center Street Boutique, Storybook Shoppe, Pooh Corner, Merlin's Treasures, Pavilion Gifts, Expo Shop, Space Traders, Professor Porter's Trading Post, Andy's Toy Box, The Archive Shop, Northern Delights, Tick Tock Toys & Collectibles.
Privilege 2 may be provided during the operating hours of designated shops at Hong Kong Disneyland and is not available at any other locations or sales channels (including without limitation, the Website).
Designated merchandise gift must be returned, if the single transaction amount is under HK$ 600 after any refund and exchange.
Privilege 2 is not applicable to the purchase of certain products as may be specified by Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited from time to time.
Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited reserves the right to determine the designated merchandise gift to be provided, the prices of merchandise and the operating hours of its merchandise stores at its sole and absolute discretion.
