Spending Reward at Citygate Outlets with UnionPay

Terms and Conditions

Spending Reward at Citygate Outlets with UnionPay (refers to “Promotion”) is valid from 16^th January 2025 onwards till 28^th February 2025 or while stock lasts (whichever is earlier) (refers to “Promotion Period”).
The promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with UnionPay logo (refers to “UnionPay Card”), UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App or other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network. WeChat Pay, Alipay and Alipay HK are not eligible for this Promotion.

During Promotion Period, CLUB CG members and UnionPay users who spend via UnionPay payment on the same day at Citygate Outlets with:

i.	HK$5,000 - $14,999 (at least one receipt of HK$2,000 or above and in a maximum of five receipts from different merchants.) are entitled to receive 12,500 CLUB CG points (equivalent to 50 CG Dollars), transactions settled by UnionPay are entitled to redeem a Citygate Outlets HK$200 Shopping e-voucher;
ii.	HK$15,000 - $29,999 (at least one receipt of HK$2,000 or above and in a maximum of five receipts from different merchants.) are entitled to receive 37,500 CLUB CG points (equivalent to 150 CG Dollars), transactions settled by UnionPay are entitled to redeem Citygate Outlets HK$700 Shopping e-voucher;
iii.	HK$30,000 or above (at least one receipt of HK$2,000 or above and in a maximum of five receipts from different merchants.) are entitled to receive 75,000 CLUB CG points (equivalent to 300 CG Dollars), transactions settled by UnionPay are entitled to redeem Citygate Outlets HK$1500 Shopping e-voucher.

Gift redemption must be made in person, with validated original receipts, at the designated Redemption Counter. All receipts will be stamped for administrative purposes. The first 4 and last 4 digits of UnionPay Card number, Cardholder's name will be collected and photos will be taken for information on merchant sales invoice(s) and sales memo(s) for internal audit at redemption.
All eligible transactions of the same redemption must be settled with the UnionPay Card(s) of the same UnionPay user and CLUB CG Member, no split transaction is accepted. Each transaction must be of HK$100 or above. Receipts must be presented on the day of redemption and will be deemed invalid if presented late.
Each shopper is entitled to one redemption per day from one of the above categories only, regardless of the amount spent. Shopping rewards are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, while stocks last.
CG Dollars will be credited to the eligible CLUB CG membership account in terms of CLUB CG Points on or before 31 March 2025. The reward points to be credited to the membership account depends on the point cycle expiry date for the member as of March 2025. No extension of reward points will be granted.
The Company is entitled to adjust the CG Dollar conversion rate at any time without prior notice and/or to restrict or limit the number of CG Dollars a Member can use in each transaction. Members should always refer to the updated.
Shopping e-vouchers can be used only at designated merchants at Citygate Outlets. Terms and conditions apply. UnionPay users must settle their payment by UnionPay when using the shopping e-vouchers.
Eligible spending is the net spending amount after deducting any payment made by cash / gift / meal / cake coupons, any kinds of offers, cash rebates and /or discounts from tenants.
Purchases of gift certificates, merchant vouchers, cash coupons and Jumpin Gym USA tokens are not eligible for this promotion. The following transactions are also not eligible for this promotion: transactions made with credit card points, transactions made at TaSTe, HK JEBN, Andante, Essence, Fresh, Olea, The Enclave, The Pavilion, Eternal East Cross-Border Coach, HSBC, HSBC ATM, BOCHK, lockers, Customer Care Centre, Delivery Service Counter by SF Express, car park, hotels, temporary shops, and any shops or outlets at Tung Chung Crescent, and receipts for topping-up of Octopus cards.
Receipts for the purchase of gold pellets, grains, bars, or deposits for gold saving clubs are excluded from this promotion.
Theatre ticket stubs are not accepted for this promotion. UnionPay users must present the original machine-printed receipt issued by the cinema's box office on the day of purchase to redeem the offer.
Each validated receipt can only be used once, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, and the amount shown on the receipt cannot be split. Reprinted, photocopied or handwritten receipts will not be accepted. UnionPay users must present the original receipts and their corresponding electronic payment slips or support (credit card counterfoils/ interface of the mobile payment) to enjoy the offer. Transactions via cash are not accepted.
Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to require UnionPay user to present the original electronic payment device, with the device's account number shown, and corresponding payment record for verification purposes. Redemptions made by employees of Citygate Outlets tenants on behalf of shoppers will not be accepted.
In the interest of fairness, employees of Citygate Outlets tenants are not eligible to participate in the registration for this promotional programme.
Only CLUB CG members are eligible to participate in this promotion. Members are required to present their CLUB CG electronic membership card for verification. CLUB CG pre-members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
Non-CLUB CG members or CLUB CG pre-members who attempt to participate in this promotion are required to register as a CLUB CG member. Shoppers can become a member of the programme by downloading the TAIKOO+ mobile app or Citygate Outlets WeChat Mini Program and upon single spending of HK$2,000 or above by electronic payment at designated merchants in Citygate Outlets, followed by gift redemption using the same receipt.
Spending registered for redemption will also be automatically registered for points registration in CLUB CG. Points will be credited to the member's membership account within 7 working days from the day of registering the eligible receipts. Terms and conditions of CLUB CG Membership Programme apply.
