HKairport Rewards - HKIA 25th Anniversary Promotion ("Promotion") Terms and Conditions
    This promotion is held from 6th July 2023 – 16th Aug 2023, both days inclusive ("Promotion Period").
    Welcome Offer – HK$100 Shopping e-Coupon
  • During the Promotion Period, new HKairport Rewards members will receive one HK$100 conditional Shopping e-Coupon ("e-Coupon") upon successful registration. The e-Coupon will automatically be deposited to member's account.
  • The e-Coupon is only applicable to net spending of HK$300 in a single transaction (net amount after application of coupons and discounts) at designated HKIA retail shops and HKairportShop.com (except food & beverages outlets). For details, please refer to the respective Terms and Conditions of the e-Coupon.
  • Each HKairport Rewards member can enjoy the welcome offer once only.
  • The welcome offer is not for sale and is non-exchangeable for cash.
    Double Reward Points
  • During the Promotion Period, HKairport Rewards members who make any purchase by electronic payment at any retail and food & beverages outlets in HKIA, HKairportShop.com and Food Ordering Services ("Eligible Spending") are entitled to Double Reward Points (HK$1 = 2 Reward Points) for the net spending (after deduction of coupons and discounts). Upon validation of receipt, the double reward points will be deposited to member's account automatically.
      5.1. For transactions conducted at any retail and food & beverages outlets in HKIA:
      5.1.1. Members may present the original machine printed merchant sales receipt(s) and the corresponding electronic payment slips or mobile payment record ("Eligible Receipt") to register Reward Points at the following HKairport Rewards Concierge in person, or

      5.1.2. Members may register the Eligible Receipts through MyHKG mobile app or Membership Platform. The submitted registration will be processed within 7 working days from the date of submission.
      5.2. For transactions conducted on HKairportShop.com: Double Reward Points will be granted to Members automatically once the products purchased have been picked up or delivered.
      5.3. For transactions conducted on Food Ordering Service: Double Reward Points will be granted to Members automatically upon order completion.
    UnionPay Extra Rewards
  • During the Promotion Period, HKairport Rewards members who make any purchase by electronic payment at any retail and food & beverages outlets in HKIA, HKairportShop.com and Food Ordering Services via UnionPay Credit, Debit or ATM Cards with card number starting with “62” and bearing UnionPay logo (except 1. payment made via electronic wallet including Alipay and WeChat Pay; and 2. the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macao card issuing institutions) are entitled to extra Airport UnionPay e-Coupons; When using such e-Coupons, the transactions must be settled via UnionPay network. The extra Airport UnionPay e-Coupons will automatically be deposited to member's account upon validation of the electronic payment (for Eligible Receipts uploaded through the MyHKG mobile app or Membership Platform, validation will be processed within 7 working days from the date of submission) and are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

    Note: For Eligible Receipts submitted after the Promotion Period (yet with transaction date within the Promotion Period), the extra Airport UnionPay e-Coupons will automatically be deposited to member's account within 7 working days upon receipt validation.
    2.5 Million Reward Points Lucky Draw Campaign
  • This Campaign ("Campaign") is organized and operated by the Airport Authority Hong Kong.
      7.1 The Campaign runs from 6 July to 16 August 2023, both dates inclusive ("Campaign period").
      7.2 Participants must register as a member of HKairport Rewards.
      7.3 Participants who register eligible spending transactions for Reward Points under HKairport Rewards with purchase dates falling in the Campaign period will be automatically enrolled to this Campaign.
      7.4 Eligible spending under HKairport Rewards refers to all transactions conducted at any retail and food & beverages outlets in HKIA, HKairportShop.com, Food Ordering Service as stipulated in Clause 3.2.2 - Registration of Reward Points of the HKairport Rewards Terms & Conditions.
      7.5 Every eligible accumulated net spending of HK$100 will represent 1 lucky draw chance. Each member could have a maximum of 10 lucky draw chances.
      7.6 Participants must register the spending transactions within 14 days from the issuance date of the receipt. For spending transactions made on 16 August 2023, they must be registered on or before 30 August 2023. Only the spending approved on or before 6 September 2023 will be eligible for the Campaign.
      7.7 There will be one lucky draw winner in this Campaign, who will receive 2.5 million Reward Points.
      7.8 Employees of the Airport Authority Hong Kong will be not be eligible in participating in this Campaign.
      7.9 Airport Authority Hong Kong is committed to protect personal data privacy.
