Terms and Conditions

The promotion is valid from 25^th September to 22^nd October 2024, both dates inclusive (refers to "Promotion Period"). The promotion is available on a first-come first-served basis, while stocks last.
The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay etc., hereafter as "UnionPay Mobile QuickPass") and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment, hereafter as "UnionPay QR Code"), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled by a successfully registered UnionPay Card and paid via the UnionPay network.

During the Promotion Period, UnionPay Card cardholder can enjoy below each Offer once at 7-Eleven Hong Kong by a successfully registered UnionPay Card.

a.	Offer 1: Enjoy HK$10 instant discount upon HK$40 net spending in a single transaction by paying with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, etc.);
b.	Offer 2: Enjoy HK$5 instant discount upon HK$40 net spending in a single transaction by paying with UnionPay QR code

Registration and Payment Steps

4.1.	After entering the registration page, please select the UnionPay Card for registration. Please ensure that the selected UnionPay Card has been successfully added to enjoy the Offers. The Offers will take effect approximately 15 minutes after successful registration.
4.2.	The registration status is based on the information displayed on the registration page. To enjoy the Offers, the registered UnionPay Card must be used for making the transaction. During the promotion period, each cardholder can only participate once in this promotion. After successful registration, each UnionPay card can enjoy each Offer once, with a total instant discount of HK$15.
4.3.	Please note that the instant discount amount will not be displayed during the payment process. The net amount payable after the discount will be shown after successful payment.
4.4.	The final transaction amount can be found in the transaction records in the mobile wallet or APP.
4.5.	The promotion is available on a first-come first-served basis, while stocks last.
4.6.	If the registered card number is incorrect and does not match the actual payment card number, the Offers will not be applicable, and the cardholder shall bear the corresponding responsibility.
4.7.	Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other discounts/promotions.
4.8.	Cardholders, by participating in this promotion, are deemed to have agreed to this Terms and Conditions.

The promotion is applicable to all 7-Eleven stores in Hong Kong.
The promotion is not applicable to purchase of cigarettes, milk powder, cash vouchers, online game e-vouchers, mobile pre-paid SIM/Wi-Fi cards/recharge e-vouchers, online game cards, Octopus products, gift cards, prepaid cards, products of vending machines, redemption items, admission and bus tickets, stamps, environmental levy on plastic shopping bags, delivery services charge and other services (including but not limited to prepayment, bill payment, remittance, donation, any reloading or top up services (including but not limited to Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Tap&Go, TNG Wallet and store valued cards or devices), printout, fax, photocopy, battery recharge, battery rental, courier/pick up services, pre-order, photofinishing), unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, other unauthorized transactions and fraudulent and abusive transactions ("Ineligible Transactions").
If a transaction is refunded or returned, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder (i.e. excluding the instant discount amount) will be refunded.
UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") is neither the vendor nor service provider, thus it shall not take any responsibility for the products or services provided by the merchant.
UnionPay International and 7-Eleven reserve the right to amend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the termination.
In case of dispute, the decision of 7-Eleven shall be final.
UnionPay International and 7-Eleven reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
