6. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of UnionPay credit, debit and prepaid cards (starting with “62“ or “81”) which bears the UnionPay name and logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must settle payment with their UnionPay cards in order to enjoy the Promotion.

7.  The Promotion may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.

8.  The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Prime Plaza Hotels and Resorts. 

9. Unless  otherwise  required  by applicable laws, in case of dispute, the decision of UnionPay International and/or Prime Plaza Hotels and Resorts shall be final.

10. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, UnionPay International and/or Prime Plaza Hotels and Resorts can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
